This company has an office in Henderson NV which is fairly new but it is poorly managed the office manager has gone and hired personal friends as management which post a problem as these people have little to no management capabilities they use bully tactics to intimidate people into working by physically standing behind a collector in silence as they do their work and when asked why this is done management makes remarks to the tune of "we like to make collectors nervous it lets our presence be known" some of these managers have none the slightest clue as to the system or client specifics they just literally walk around for the majority of the day watching people to see if they are out of dress code not how much they have collected and lets not talk about the constant sexual harassment and favoritism that occurs this office should have never been given the the woman officer manager it has now as she has no regard for the collectors and only favors her supervisors which are paid nice salaries to perform what a 16 year old high school drop out can do how this is efficient i dont know im sure upper/senior management would not be too happy if they really knew what was going on and how they are spending company money for people who are not qualified and will eventually cause the company to get a law suit working here will only cause you anxiety stress and potentially hair loss stay away from this place its HORRIBLE!
