The Koch Ranches Gourmet Country Store, a boutique grocery, features green grass fed meats from our ranches and our own fermented products and frozen meals made from our grass fed meats and organic ingredients. We also carry products that we source from other Texas producers. We carry Texas grown and produced products in our store: products that take you back to the days when food was produced naturally: grown, canned, and preserved with natural ingredients in a way that maintains the nutrition and flavor of the foods.
