Not only did they damage two of my items, but they also chose to park by the farthest elevator, despite me telling them to park by the one closest to my unit, thereby adding more hours to the final bill. They have been entirely unresponsive to the claim I submitted for the damaged furniture. They damaged my Peloton bike. Don't use this company unless you want your belongings damaged and you enjoy paying more money for poor service.

Terrible experience. I got them through hire a helper and they were fast movers however they refused to use the blankets I had rented from uhaul and placed wood chairs next to my sleigh bed and ruined a thousand dollar bed. When I called, the manager asked me to send her photos and that she would get back to me. After I sent her about five photos and left her several messages over the course of two weeks, I was finally able to get a hold of her again more than two weeks after the job was completed. Only then did she inform me that she was "not liable for anything" and "wasn't going to do anything" to help me and that she had "plenty of five star reviews and didn't need to do anything". Truthfully, all I wanted was for her to refund me the money for the job (about a hundred bucks) since I had a very expensive piece of furniture ruined but unfortunately her poor customer service and lack of compassion made me file a formal report with hire a helper in order to get anything back. Would not recommend to anyone!
