Evolve Physical Therapy & Yoga, the whole person is treated comprehensively with the highest quality of care. Each appointment is a one-on-one session and there are no physical therapy assistants, aides or athletic trainers. This allows for me to learn more about your unique body and personal goals, in order to establish an individualized treatment plan. During your initial evaluation, we will discuss your concerns and goals. I will complete a thorough examination and develop a custom treatment plan. In following sessions, we will assess your progress and modify your treatment as necessary. If you have a certain condition or body type that would be best served with another specialist, I have a great network of high quality, effective health care practitioners I can recommend to you. My goal is to treat the cause of the dysfunction, as well as the symptoms. The purpose is to empower you through education and movement retraining, so that you will feel comfortable with a home exercise program and ultimately with long term self care. If you are a member at a local gym, I can meet you there and personalize a gym routine for your specific needs. I can help you begin or advance your yoga practice and offer both private Yoga sessions and private Pilates Reformer sessions.
