Joel & Co. Construction

We hired Joel Portillo to do work on a recently purchased house. He re-did the electrical and plumbing throughout. We also had a complete bathroom renovation done while we were at it!
They started work the day after we closed on the house and worked hard to finish everything up by the time we had to move in.
Joel is very attentive, efficient, and easy to work with. There are always hiccups during construction, but Joel handles things well and professionally and we are very happy with the quality of work he and his crew provided.
In the end we feel like we got a lot of work done for the money we spent and the house feels and looks great!
