"Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair Service took excellent care of LG washer. The machine was leaking while not in use, we were concerned about this obviously. We spoke with David, the owner, who explained that the most common cause of the problem is the water valves. We hired him to take of it, he was great and doing what he does. The cold water valve was the issue, both valves were changed, it was simply a pleasure doing business with a professional service repair company."

It is simply evolution of the business market, to take a basic, novel, repair service and bring it to this level. I have a 23 year old Whirlpool combo washer-dryer. The washing machine spin cycle stopped working, and the dryer vent tore and needed to be replaced. We talked about the machine's problems and he gave me a reasonable estimate based on my description of what was happening with it. And then he told me that, at the machine's age, there were many more things likely to go wrong with it in the not-so-distant future, and suggested I'd be better off replacing it rather than repairing it (if I could afford to do so). I like some others contacted a large company, one-week, seven-days, before they could come out, called another company they wanted my credit card before number before coming over with a charge of $35.00. After speaking with Paul I knew that I had located a professional company that was concerned with our needs and focused on getting the job done in a timely and professional manner. This is simply a very unusual company. I want to share this my experience today with them. We had them out our home just a few days ago to repair our dryer. This weekend we started to have black spots on our clothes. What to do? We contacted Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair, David was straight to the point. The bearing had failed that is the black marks...what does this mean? It means that we are buying a new machine. David could have charged us, but he was honest. Thank you very much.

I called Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair yesterday with a front load washer that began making a very loud noise when in the spining. I tried to calling a few places which would not give me a straight answer. I want to thank Paul for giving a straight answer on the phone. The machine is beyond repair.
