Our company started in 1981 as a small residential service company by James K Morelli Sr. and Anthony (Tony) Morelli. Morelli Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is a full service mechanical contractor serving the Lowcountry of South Carolina. Morelli offers excellent heating, air conditioning, and ventilation services for our residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

A large part of our success is due to our community involvement with sponsoring soccer or baseball teams, as well as participating in local business chapters. Morelli has whole-heartedly taken charge of the concept of giving back to the community. When it comes to HVAC, solving problems quickly and affordably is the name of our game.
