I was so lucky to have Atty. Douglas on our side. He was an honest and very respectful man. We had a lemon case and we never knew what to do. That was February of last year when our newly bought van broke down for more than 4 times. My friend introduced Douglas to us. He was very professional but was never annoyed of the questions I raised. He told us what to do and so we did. We looked for work orders, services reports and even images of the wrecked van. He was simply amazing because we received a comparable replacement in a shorter period of time. We really thought we have to attend several hearings but he was experienced enough and made us gain what we deserved. By the way we used the van to deliver fruits and vegetables.
