These guys totally ripped me off. Went in to sell them a Nintendo switch and some games. Told me after a quick review that they would give me $95 for the game system and $35 for the games. However we forgot a piece at home so I had to go back home to get it. We come back, give them everything. We had just sold them the games. Then she tells me she is only going to give me $50 for the game system because the controller has a chipped piece( same controller she inspected the first time. I told her ok and I don’t think we will be interested in selling it for that price. She gave me back the game system and my daughter said well if we are taking it back can we keep one of the games. Told the girl, we are going to keep one of those games since we are not selling it now. She said we can only sell it back to you now for the regular retail price. Ok.. I just sold it to you, how much is it? It’s $50! The game that I literally just sold to her for $12 because she said she was giving me $95 for the system and now she’s offering $50. Asked if there’s anything they can do because that’s seems unfair. Manager jumped in and said no, unfortunately we can only sell it back to you at retail.. he is smiling and my daughter is tearing up. I did not buy the game back. I’m so mad that they did that.
