This is my favorite store for finding high-quality products for back pain problems. They offer solutions based on your needs and budget and carried the best quality products for back and neck support. Prices are on the higher side, but it's worth the investment compared to cheaper, poor quality products. I highly recommend!

I went to Mattress Sleep Centers with my parents to look for a massage chair. The store had a vast of selection and Seth was awesome. He helped us find the best chair that suited our needs. The people at the Relax The Back store are amazing. I tell them what I want, and we manage to find a perfect fit for whatever it is. Mike and Seth were both great employees of the store and knowledgeable about their products. The team that delivers the chair is extremely nice and efficient! It was a great experience!

I had the pleasure of shopping with Mike, my sales associate. He was absolutely fantastic. He made my experience quick, seamless, and efficient. He seemed to know what my tastes were and showed us options that appealed to us and our budget and delivery needs. Excellent experience, I highly recommend him and the store. We went to this location the last few weekdays, bought our new massage chairs, and had a very exciting and great experience. They not only have a beautiful selection and plenty of designs, colors, etc., they also have wonderful prices and sales people. I worked with Mike and he was amazing. He was very patient and helpful and gave us a great deal. We will be going back to purchase more in the coming weeks. Thank you so much!!!

As for in-store experience, the salesperson, Debbie, was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave great advice. We purchased recliners here and they were delivered safely and on time. The delivery men were also very nice to us. I highly recommend purchasing from this place.

Seth helped me as soon as I walked through the door. He was exceptional and helped me decide. He gave me prices for different sets as well as helped me look at other items. Amazing! Seth helped us purchase a new office chair and a recliner as a gift for my grandma. He was extremely professional and not pushy at all. The financing experience was equally pleasant. I visited the store looking for massage chairs. I was greeted upon entering and the sales lady, Murray, was fantastic. She was patient and gave great advice. I always say I don't have a creative bone in my body, so she was a great help with that. The delivery was friendly and courteous, and went above and beyond. wonderful selection of everything. They have some really cute stuff.

I was shopping for furniture, particularly an office chair, and we're pleased with the selection and service. Seth is a knowledgeable and helpful salesperson who listened and heard what we had to say. He answered questions without hesitation and when he wasn't sure about something, took the time to find the answer. When we checked out the cashier’s, the customer service was excellent.

I not only found the best recliners for my new home; I also found the perfect person to help me! Debbie knows how to exceed expectations! She is truthful and knowledgeable, and she genuinely cares about what the customer wants, which means a lot these days. The recliner I bought here was excellent and very useful in our house. Excellent quality and nice appearance! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. They have great prices and are wonderful to work with.
