1. **Intake:** Initially promised a 28% promotion offer by Guardian Law Group after my accident, but it mysteriously changed to 39% in my records.
2. **Tanisha Pugh - Evidence Building:** While in treatment, I was pushed to end it quickly for negotiations. Promised inclusion of any missed healthcare recommendations in my claim, but this never materialized. Super unresponsive with no customer service, often going days to weeks without a response. Had to threaten switching law firms for better service.
3. **Jacob - Negotiations:** Not the firm for those seeking aggressiveness; they accepted the adjuster's offer, which didn't cover my medical expenses.
Post-accident, I'm in pain, jobless, carless, and no one here has shown concern for the secondary issues caused by the accident.
