Honesty and reliability! Working in real estate, I rely heavily on referral based business. Work you can trust! We were in the process of buying a home and used California Foundation Works for our foundation inspections. There are so many ways to level a property and they were so thorough in explaining to us all the different options we could use, what was best, and why. It really made us feel that we were in good hands, working with someone we could trust to be professional, knowledgeable and experienced. They never recommended we do work that wasn’t necessary and his prices were way better than the competition!! California foundation Works made our home buying experience a whole lot less stressful. I definitely recommend them!

WOW Great Work??! They came and performed a foundation inspection for us right before we bought our home. They had a few recommendations and gave us a detailed estimate. We were impressed with the underside map they made for us. The team that came and did the work was friendly, efficient, and clean. I would recommend them to anyone who asked about foundation repair and most certainly would use them again in the future. Thank you California Foundation Works!
