Don't *EVER* use this ride service! I had booked a ride with him about 5 weeks ahead. He put me on his calendar and sent me a copy. I had used him on 8/17/23 to go from Quartzsite to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, so I trusted that I could use him when I returned. I got a text confirmation from him for 9/13/23 two days prior. Yet when I arrived at the airport he stood me up and left me stranded! He wouldn't answer my calls so a manager at the airport called him and Valente told him he was no longer in business and hung up on him. If he hasn't already lost his license he should. I will be reporting him anyways available. I'm grateful I didn't pay $250 in advance. But I'm handicapped and I had my cat with me, so I had to pay $430 to get back home with an Uber driver. If Valente was a decent human being he could have just cancelled the trip with a text and I would have booked another service while I had options and prices to choose from. I would give him -10 stars if I could.
